Senior Maintenance Technician Position
* We are seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment uptime, supporting maintenance technicians and apprentices, and contributing to a well-coordinated and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to breakdowns and provide support to technicians as needed
* Assist supervisors and managers in monitoring machine reliability
* Identify and execute machine/line improvement projects
* Liaise with production on line improvement projects
* Assist with commissioning of new machinery
* Assist with training of technicians and operators
* Assist with evaluation of existing PM's and modify where necessary
* On-call support and attend site if necessary
Requirements:
* Trade qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical
* Strong multi-skilled experience
* Senior maintenance experience within manufacturing
* Ability in fault finding and downtime issue resolution
* Strong machine knowledge
Working Hours:
* Morning start-up shift (5:30am - 2pm) (shift premium)
* Day shift (8am - 4:30pm), 1 Saturday every 4 weeks required
* Evening shift (3:30pm - 12am) (shift premium, on-call Monday-Sunday)
