Senior International Payroll Specialist- Dublin 2/hybrid contact Purpose: Manage and scale international payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Run end-to-end payroll for several countries Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and pension rules Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams Manage external payroll providers Support expansion into new countries (EMEA & APAC) Handle payroll accounting tasks (month-end, reconciliations) Resolve payroll queries and tax notices Maintain documentation, reports, and process improvements Requirements: 5+ years payroll experience (3+ in international payroll) Strong knowledge of Irish and UK Payroll.
