Employee Relations Lead Specialist is responsible for guiding the Employee Relations (ER) and HR Operations function for EMEA. The ER team focuses on delivering exceptional employee experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and optimizing HR efficiency.
The Role:
* Leads regional teams in EMEA to achieve ER goals, manage operations, and develop a strategic roadmap.
* Provides trusted advice and support to employees and management across the region on key ER matters.
Key responsibilities include providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations into employee complaints. Partners with legal experts as necessary.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in increasingly senior roles within Human Resources.
* Excellent leadership skills, focusing on coaching and collaboration.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
