Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of Jira and Confluence (Cloud & Data Centre) platforms-administering, supporting, and continuously improving them
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement custom configurations (projects, workflows, dashboards, custom fields, permissions, etc.)
- Build integrations and custom webhooks to connect Jira with other systems
- Lead user access management, architect roles/permissions structures, and develop automated access reporting
- Produce and maintain detailed documentation including governance, best practices, standards, and training material
- Deliver training and support to internal teams across Jira and Confluence usage
- Manage and maintain add-ons, plugins, and extensions to support evolving business needs
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years' experience administering Jira and Confluence
- Hands-on knowledge of JQL, JSON, and REST APIs
- Proven experience with custom automation, integrations, and workflows
- Understanding of process governance and Agile delivery environments
- Bonus: Atlassian certifications
