Overview
Role: Product Owner in the mobile sales team with responsibility for the creation and ownership of the end-to-end digital experience for the millions of users who interact with our online sales flows. You will lead a squad with a UX (User Experience) designer, content author, ecommerce analysts, product and development experts in developing the Vodafone.ie platform for our users.
Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the roadmap for new features and optimisations, backed by customer insight and data-informed decision making, to drive conversion across key mobile sales journeys.
* Collaborate with marketing, brand, developers and UX to build an unequalled user experience for online sales journeys.
* Use data to drive insights and decisions that increase funnel conversion and prioritise the product backlog ensuring work focuses on maximum value aligned to company strategy.
* Support Product Owners with merchandising and sales promotions on the website.
* Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and journey performance after every release, running A/B tests or other conversion focused measurement frameworks to improve step and full funnel conversion rates.
* Work with digital support and vendor teams to raise and manage issues in the online sales flows that impact conversion.
* Engage with a broad range of stakeholders to balance business goals and customer needs and drive a digital first mindset and way of working.
Qualifications
* Experience as Mobile eCommerce Product Owner managing and prioritising a backlog.
* Or experience in UX, design or development and looking for a move into product ownership.
* Experience writing user stories with actionable acceptance criteria.
* An understanding of levers available to drive conversion and volume in an online sale journey.
* Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Experience working in agile methodologies.
* Experience with Jira, Adobe Analytics, MicroStrategy, Content Management System/website management; proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
