Site Engineer - Residential A leading residential developer is hiring a Site Engineer for a large housing development in North, Co.
Tipperary.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with residential experience looking to progress on a long-term project.
The role is fully site-based.
Duties: Carry out setting out, surveying, levelling, and quality checks.
Support Senior Engineers with daily site operations.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.
Coordinate with subcontractors and assist with utility requirements (Irish Water, ESB).
Maintain detailed site records and assist with reporting.
Ensure strong adherence to health & safety procedures.
Attend site progress meetings.
Requirements: Degree-qualified in Engineering.
24+ years experience as a Site Engineer.
Residential construction background essential.
Knowledge of Irish Water and ESB standards desirable.
Strong technical and organisational skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD and setting-out equipment.
Full driving licence.
Salary & Benefits: Salary: €55,000€65,000 DOE.
