We are seeking a Trade Counter / Inside Salesperson for a long established Tralee based client. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will ensure excellent service is provided to all customers and help to drive sales forward. Key Responsibilities of Trade Counter / Inside Salesperson: Taking orders and preparing them Offer alternative products, up-sell where possible, promote own brands and cross brand sales. Respond to sales enquiries either by phone or over the counter, provide advice, information, quotations and ensure maximum level of sales and margin Stay updated with product knowledge. At times you will undertake stores duties as required Involvement in all aspects of the business on site. For this position electrical product knowledge would be an advantage. The is a full-time 39 hours per week Monday to Friday position with a requirement to work on Saturday son rota from 09:00 am to 12.30 pm. Competitive salary, plus pension and healthcare on offer.
