Ideal candidate will be required to work late shifts to close Thur, Fri and Sat.

The role
Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff
Developing and mentoring employees
Driving Sales through cross selling and upselling
Ensuring labour costs and GP are in line with targets
Ensuring all health and safety, hygiene and company policies are adhered to
The ideal candidate
Previous experience managing teams of 15+ staff in a busy high end / Late night venue
Good Cocktail and drinks knowledge
Passionate about Hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences
