Maintenance Team Manager
to lead a busy field-based engineering function.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of field engineers and apprentices.
* Creating and implementing preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and improve asset reliability.
* Ensuring work is carried out safely and in line with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Collaborating closely with project managers and site supervisors to support operational priorities.
* Driving continuous improvement across maintenance practices, workflows, and service delivery.
* Using maintenance planning and asset management systems to track performance and optimise efficiency.
What You Bring
* Experience in a maintenance leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.
* Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a dispersed team.
* Solid understanding of maintenance planning, preventative maintenance, and asset management systems.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to high service standards.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* (Desirable) Experience with industry certifications relevant to field service or technical maintenance.
