Senior IT Program Lead
A Senior IT Program Lead will oversee cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact IT infrastructure and application implementation projects. Key responsibilities include managing project objectives, building trusted relationships with users, and driving effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Critical Relationships: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
* Communication Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to ensure seamless project execution.
* Talent Development: Foster and lead high-performing project team members.
* Project Governance: Implement robust project planning, scope management, schedule control, resource allocation, budgeting, issue resolution, and risk mitigation strategies.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in project implementation. A PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. A full clean driver's license is also required.
