We are searching for the best talent for an Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) Manager Project Process & Capabilities! This hybrid position will be located at an IMSC hub location such as Titusville, New Jersey (USA); Horsham, Pennsylvania (USA); Zug, Switzerland; Schaffhausen, Switzerland; Cork, Ireland; Latina, Italy; Leiden, Netherlands; or Beerse, Belgium.

The Manager, Project Process & Capabilities is responsible for providing the leadership, guidance, and oversight to portfolio, program, and project management tools and capabilities, providing and deploying standards across IMSC. The Manager must successfully lead the capabilities' maturation to align prioritization & execution across IMSC.


Key Responsibilities


Process Ownership & Integration

* Develop and improve processes, communications, and training necessary to support portfolio, project, and resource management across the J&JIM supply chain.
* Lead process ownership to manage, deploy, document and maintain processes and ensure that designed processes are lean and scalable across the IMSC organization and are strategically integrated with strategy and execution.
* Lead process integration with the systems and reporting requirements to deliver one end-to-end process; deploy training consistent with the strategy.
* Support the capability roadmaps across Portfolio, Program, and Project Management and activate improvement/maturity plans to advance effective decision making and streamline execution.


Training & Support

* Ensure day-to-day process support to the IMSC portfolio, program & project management community as well as apply innovative solutions to optimize and continuously mature the capabilities.
* Develop and execute a training strategy that is lean and effective and supports the global and diverse user base of portfolio processes and tools.
* Deliver requirements and identify efficiencies to the IMSC business processes and deployment.


Qualifications


Education

* Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required; focused degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or IT.


Required Experience and Skills

* Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
* Deep experience in leading process development, operations, finance, and/or portfolio or project management.
* Demonstrated experience in leading process capability improvement & optimization including documentation, deployment, training, etc. and collaborating to identify best practices.
* Demonstrated stakeholder / change management skills.
* Strong leadership skills including the ability to influence without authority, collaborate across boundaries, negotiate solutions, build a case for change and enroll teams in support of the strategic vision.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with the demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate to reach a desired result.
* Strong communication to create clear and concise messaging to leadership and the ability to work well in teams, cross-functionally, and with all levels of the global organization, as well as both internally and externally.


Preferred

* Knowledge / deep understanding of Portfolio & Project Management related systems and tools; experience with Portfolio/Project management software.
* People leadership experience and strong talent development skills.
* Demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of finance, process, and technical information and present cogent recommendations.
* Certifications including Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt), Project Management Professional (e.g., PMP or FPX), and/or Change Management (e.g., PROSCI).


Other

* Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally.
* Requires up to 15% domestic and/or international travel.
* Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week.
