Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager (M&E)
King and Moffatt Building Services, having secured a large project in Galway city, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (M&E) to ensure the successful delivery of this project.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend project start-up meetings and manage all Mechanical and Electrical aspects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Familiarise yourself with all project details and specifications.
Collate technical submittals, ensuring issuance and approval follow-through.
Manage labour tracking and maintain weekly Progress Reports, addressing any changes or variations.
Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
Ensure the availability of adequate materials to complete the project.
Implement construction and commissioning programmes and plans on site.
Manage K&M handover process and maintain the K&M Document Management System.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and attend site meetings to address points raised.
Communicate innovative project-specific works to the Contracts Manager (R&D).
Qualifications:
Extensive project management experience within the M&E industry.
Successful track record of delivering large-scale M&E projects on time and within budget.
Experience managing large teams including PMs, Site Managers, and Foremen.
Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.
