Bartender Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Bartender Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bar.
* Ensure impeccable service standards and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
* Develop and lead a high-performing team, focusing on excellent communication, strong product knowledge, and a positive work environment.
* Manage bar performance, controlling costs and maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining accurate financial records.
* Oversee inventory management, from ordering and security to minimizing waste and monitoring discrepancies.
* Maintain and improve equipment and systems, ensuring all assets are safe, functional, and used effectively.
* Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, forecasts, reports, appraisals, and daily briefings.
* Prioritize cash handling, health and safety, and hotel policy compliance.
* Champion staff development through ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching.
* Collaborate with Sales, Management, and the Kitchen on menu development, promotions, and revenue-driving initiatives.
* Strive to continually enhance the bar experience, introducing fresh ideas that elevate service and boost guest satisfaction.
