Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with experience in leading, coordinating, facilitating, and undertaking activities pertaining to lab operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading continuous improvement projects and supporting a lean culture.
2. Implementing procedures that comply with regulatory requirements.
3. Qualifying analytical equipment and related testing functions.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, including experience in cell-based bioassays, immunoassays, cell culture (use of cells to execute bioassays), Aseptic Technique (AST) as well as ELISA. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
