This role offers a great opportunity to support and enhance the post-sales client experience by serving as a key point of contact between clients and operational teams. You'll be central in ensuring a high-quality service experience and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Support the Sales Team by managing ongoing post-sales relationships and delivering high-quality service to institutional clients with exceptional attention to detail. Look after client queries from start to finish and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions. Coordinate client onboarding and ensure all processes align with agreed service standards and compliance requirements. Identify service gaps or inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives both internally and with external providers. Work closely with Relationship Managers, Service Managers, and third-party providers to ensure seamless client service delivery and support strategic business goals. Key Requirements: At least four years experience in a client service role within the asset management industry Confident and professional communicator with the capacity to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Strong planning and organisational skills, with high attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); project management experience and relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
