What will you do:Designing, coding, verifying, unit testing, documenting, amending and refactoring process automation workflows. Applying agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered outcomes.Participating in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work.Working with various stakeholders across IT and Business to define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for small scale automations and assists senior engineers with more complex initiativesUndertaking the design and documentation of moderately complex process automation workflowsFollowing standard approaches and establishing design patterns to create and document new designs for automation components.Following agreed procedures to identify, investigate and resolve issues and incidents related to automationsProviding support on the use of existing methods and toolsApplying tools, techniques and processes to track, log and correct information related to configuration itemsMaintaining knowledge management systems and content to meet business and IT needsDesigning, creating, customizing and maintaining learning materials and resources to deliver agreed outcomes, and meet accreditation requirements when appropriateSupporting managers and teams in resourcing and recruitment activities.
