Where You Come In
You will collect, validate, and update master data required for Purchasing (Buy Items), Production Planning (Make Items), Warehousing and Inventory processes
You will ensure data accuracy and completeness within ERP systems
You will support coordination and implementation of Engineering Change Orders across make and buy items, assist with updating system data in line with approved changes, track ECO progress and escalate issues where required
You will assist in managing Phase‑in/phase‑out of parts, product revision changes
You will ensure updates are reflected accurately in systems to support production and procurement readiness
You will provide accurate data inputs to support MRP and planning activities
You will support resolution of data‑related issues impacting Supply Chain operations
You will identify and support improvements in data accuracy and processes
You will follow established data governance and change control procedures
What Makes You Successful
You have had exposure to master data, planning and purchasing processes
You have familiarity with item master data structures
You are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Copilot, Outlook, Teams and Smartsheets (preferable)
You have experience in the medical device or CPG industry
You have experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, PLM and Anaplan systems (networks is advantageous)
Experience And Education Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field and a minimum of 2–5 years of related experience.
