The Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to define, prioritise and deliver valuable product features that align with our Client's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the product vision and roadmap.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Translate business requirements and user needs into clear and actionable product backlog items.
* Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, visible, and understood.
* Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Refine and groom the backlog with the development team.
* Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Provide clear guidance and support to the development team during sprints.
* Accept or reject completed user stories based on acceptance criteria.
* Use data and feedback to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct user research and usability testing.
Key Requirements:
* Level 8 Degree in a relevant discipline
* Proven experience as a Product Owner with a track record of successful project delivery.
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
* Experience with data centric products.
