Key Duties Operate production machines to complete operations or manufacture parts.
Set up machines, ensuring correct calibration and settings.
Load raw materials, monitor operations, and make adjustments as necessary.
Manually operate machinery when required.
Unload finished products and carry out basic quality checks.
Maintain a safe and organised work environment, following health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Reliability, strong time management, and a collaborative mindset.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
