Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a customer-centric atmosphere focused on achieving sales and brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
2. Empower team members to be strategic in their roles and hold them accountable for results
3. Analyse goals and develop strategies to enhance performance
4. Maximise opportunities for makeup services to drive revenue growth
5. Ensure staff adhere to high standards of service quality
6. Efficiently resolve internal and external customer issues and requests
7. Utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to foster customer loyalty through targeted programs
8. Promote an open-door policy where employees feel encouraged to express needs and opinions
9. Recognise and celebrate team successes
10. Effectively manage time, delegate tasks, and follow up to meet goals and objectives
11. Set an example by maintaining punctuality, timekeeping, and grooming standards
12. Conduct regular coaching sessions to communicate objectives, set goals, and track progress
13. Listen actively and respond appropriately to team members' needs
14. Identify opportunities to develop artists' capabilities in artistry and commercial aspects
15. Perform thorough and timely staff reviews in accordance with brand guidelines
16. Maintain a culture of open communication, professionalism, and creativity
17. Assist the Store Manager in implementing cash loss prevention procedures and security policies
18. Coordinate and ensure accurate cycle counts and physical inventories as required
19. Adhere to visual presentation standards and merchandising guidelines
20. Preserve merchandising, display, and counter hygiene standards at all times
21. Ensure retail partners and BPerfect security policies are understood and implemented
22. Comply with all company and brand policies and procedures
