Reporting into the Regional People Partner, and working closely with the District Managers, and Store Managers, this role ensures that people strategies are implemented effectively at store level to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while driving engagement and consistency across all teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Delivery: Execute district-level recruitment plans for Store Manager, Visual Merchandiser, and expansion roles, ensuring alignment with company standards and business needs.Local Talent Development: Support and train store teams to take ownership of their own recruitment and development processes, strengthening internal capability and progression.Onboarding and Training: Deliver onboarding sessions for new starters, Store Managers, and expansion store teams, ensuring a smooth and engaging integration into the business.Workshop Facilitation: Lead district-level workshops on recruitment best practice, Workday tools, and people processes to enhance operational knowledge and consistency.People Project Implementation: Support the rollout of Regional People Partner projects within the district, ensuring successful adoption and follow-up.Reporting and Compliance: Maintain and report district-level data on recruitment, onboarding completion rates, and health & safety metrics, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships with DMs and SMs, providing guidance and support to foster engagement and people development across stores.ProfileThe ideal candidate is a proactive and people-focused professional who combines strong operational understanding with a genuine passion for developing others. They are an effective communicator, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively across multiple locations.
