Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
* Play a key role in the development of HMI and PSoC solutions for the next generation of Infineon products
* Engage with IP development teams to help define the next generation of HMI products
* Provide customer engagement and advanced technical support for CAT A customers
* Lead a team to develop new methods and approaches to using current IP
* Engage with Firmware development teams to develop the best system solution
* Engage with Applications engineering teams to develop the most impactful customer solutions
* Develop innovative sensor solutions through system modelling, sensor design/modelling, Silicon IP R&D, FW algorithm development, and hardware prototyping
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
You bring a strong background in electronics, proven leadership in delivering complex projects, and a deep understanding of analog circuits, analog and digital architectures, MCU integration, and firmware implementation. You also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field with a focus on electronics
* At least 10 years of industry experience
* Strong expertise in Analog Circuits, Analog Architectures, and Mixed Signal IP development
* Exposure to firmware and software solutions for complex SoCs, along with a solid understanding of microcontrollers and peripherals (e.g., I2C/UART/PWM/ADC)
* Proven leadership of teams and a track record of delivering new product developments
* Multidisciplinary expertise in areas like Product Engineering, Design, System Validation, Marketing, Applications, etc.
* Experience interacting with customers, solving critical issues, and delivering effective solutions for customer needs
* Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
