Customer Service Executive Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to take on a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing incoming purchase orders, quotation requests, and customer queries via phone and email. They will also process sales invoices, liaise with transport carriers to confirm delivery dates, and assist customers at the trade counter.
Maintaining accurate records of quotations and orders is crucial in this role as well as providing support to external sales staff as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong IT skills including MS Office, 5+ years' experience in a customer service support role (ideal), 1+ year of experience with SAP Business One (ideal).
