The role
Engage People are working on a new opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent to join a brilliant Residential business based in South Dublin. The company has a busy and successful Property Management set up and is looking for a Residential Sales Negotiator to join the team to look after this side of the business when landlords look to sell.
The role will involve pre‑appraisal preparation, attending market appraisals, selling the benefits of working with the company, negotiating fees and winning new instructions, as well as marketing, viewings, sales and after‑sales coordination.
If you enjoy the challenge of winning new business and agreeing new sales, this is a fantastic opening with a super brand that will provide the platform and the leads that are there to be won.
