Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As part of the Accounts Payable function, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of payments and reconciliations across multiple business units.
* Managing bank payments in Euro, GBP, and USD for all business units, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Commercial Airway Bills (CAPS).
* Processing intercompany payments and preparing weekly and month-end bank reconciliations involving high transaction volumes.
* Completing month-end creditor reconciliations for the Head Office business unit.
* Coordinating and executing weekly supplier payment runs, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
The ideal candidate should possess:
* 2+ Years experience in a fast-paced AP role.
* Association of Certified Credit and Management Professionals (ACCM) qualification or interest in studying further (ACCA) or similar.
* Familiarity with Sun or SAP advantageous.
Strong numerical aptitude and ability to work independently.
Fluent written and spoken English.
