THE ROLE|
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|
8. Handle inbound customer calls and emails, processing orders accurately through the internal SAP system
9. Proactively contact new and existing customers with product information, pricing, and sales offers
10. Liaise directly with customers and field sales representatives to provide quotations, product details, and support
11. Maintain accurate records of communication, orders, and sales activity
12. Use online platforms and social media to promote company offers and updates
REQUIREMENTS|
13. Minimum 1 year experience in a telesales role, with proven success in outbound sales
14. Previous experience processing customer orders in an administrative or coordination role
15. Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
16. Strong IT capability and experience working with internal CRM systems
17. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while delivering high service leve
