Drive Sales Growth as a Brand Representative
Elevate your career by joining our dynamic team in the drinks industry. As a Sales & Merchandising Brand Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales through direct selling, business development, data analysis, and merchandising.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication and personal organizational skills, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding both Sales and Merchandising KPIs.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Indirect selling and merchandising in convenience channels (Supervalu, Centra, Spar, Mace, Londis)
o Increasing core range distribution for brand and client products
o Presenting and detailing benefits to retailers of stocking client products
o Merchandising all client SKUs and replenishing stock on shelf, building display units and feature displays
o Completing full journey plans on a weekly basis
o Placing FSUs and Point of Sale to drive incremental sales
o Meeting set targets for POS placement
o Reporting all in-store activity via handheld
Essential Qualifications:
* Sales and merchandising experience in the FMCG sector
* Excellent verbal communication and personal organizational skills
* Ability to overcome objections and strong business acumen
* Proven record in hitting and exceeding both Sales and Merchandising KPIs
* Experience in increasing core range distribution
* Understanding of margin calculations
* Understanding of merchandising, category planning, and planograms
* Strong technological acumen
* Full clean driving license
* At least 2 years' experience in this sector
