About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and determining the outcome of claims in a professional manner. This includes conducting desktop investigations, assisting policyholders and insurers, and producing reports in compliance with professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and settle commercial property claims in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist policyholders, insurers, and brokers in achieving a prompt and satisfactory conclusion to claims.
* Conduct damage surveys and complete on-desktop investigations for claims.
* Produce reports in accordance with professional standards and internal guidelines.
Requirements:
* CIP qualification required.
* Experience in the Property claims sector or allied professions.
* Focused on quality and communication, with organisational skills in a customer-focused environment.
* Negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, and reporting skills are essential.
