As the Market Collaboration Planner and CRM Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and commercial growth. You’ll play a key part in supporting the commercial and supply chain teams to deliver excellence in forecasting, customer engagement, and channel expansion — all while helping the business move faster, smarter, and more digitally.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop strategic channel plans and identify growth opportunities using data-driven tools such as CACI geo-mapping and Euromonitor.
 * Drive new business opportunities and build evidence-based business cases through CRM and digital insight platforms.
 * Lead collaboration with Business Development to unlock new accounts and strengthen existing partnerships.
 * Act as the Irish lead for CRM and geo-mapping tools, managing providers and ensuring seamless data reporting.
 * Maintain and optimise the prospect database, ensuring visibility of a healthy and active pipeline.
 * Deliver regular insight reports and business performance updates to senior stakeholders.
 * Own key forecasting KPIs — including Accuracy, Bias, and Forecast Value Add — ensuring data translates into business impact.
 * Support new product transitions, innovation launches, and phase-outs with precision and clarity.
 * Provide portfolio, market, and supply insights to enable smarter planning and decision-making.
About You
You’re commercially curious, data-driven, and thrive on finding smarter ways to grow a business. You love connecting insights with strategy — and you’re as comfortable analysing trends as you are engaging senior stakeholders to drive change. You’ll succeed in this role if you’re naturally proactive, digitally savvy, and energised by a fast-paced environment where collaboration and agility are key.
You Bring
 * Proven experience in demand planning, CRM, or commercial planning within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
 * Confidence working with digital tools and analytics platforms (Power BI, Kinaxis, TPM, CRM systems, etc.).
 * Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
 * A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong organisational skills and commercial awareness.
 * Experience managing or contributing to cross-functional projects.
