Culinary Expert Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Culinary Expert to join our team in a prestigious hotel based in Kerry.
The main responsibilities of this role would be to manage and prepare their section, collaborating with the Head Chef to maintain and set high culinary standards.
1. Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
2. Develop expertise in kitchen management practices and food safety regulations.
3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the guest experience and deliver exceptional dishes.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3 Years of experience as a Culinary Expert in a 4*/5* hotel or similar establishment.
2. Fully trained in HACCP procedures with a good understanding of regulations.
Key Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and principles.
2. Ability to work flexibly, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
