Job Description:
TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager II to join the Oncology Day Unit on behalf of a Cork based acute Hospital.
This is a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI
2. A minimum of 3-5 years post-registration experience in oncology
3. A management qualification is essential
4. A postgraduate in Oncology/Haematology Nursing or similar
5. Preceptorship/teaching and assessing of students and junior staff is also essential
Person Specification:
1. Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
2. Must possess strong leadership qualities, communication skills and clinical skills
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
4. Must be computer literate
5. Flexibility and excellent use of initiative
