We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend: Transportation Process Integration Manager to join our Team!
Transcend is a Global Business Transformation Program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. This role is responsible for serving as an expert in the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) –Transportation process, dedicated to enabling, standardizing, and innovating core business process definitions to meet critical business needs. This will involve partnering cross-functionally to gain a comprehensive understanding of existing business requirements, conducting benchmarking, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring consistent process documentation through a standardized blueprinting process. During the Build and Execution Phases, this position will support the Technical Team in Design issues/changes and run the execution of Testing, Procedures, Training, Master Data Migration requirements etc. During the deployment phase, the Manager will support Organizational Change and Business Readiness activities to ensure flawless execution and minimal business interruption as well as providing Cutover and Hypercare support.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Logistics Transportation business process mapping for supply chain growth, scenario planning, solution design, integration, and design consistency across the impacted functions.
* Closely collaborate with business teams to map the upstream and downstream process steps.
* Collaborate on strategies and Roadmaps for the design of Global Logistics Template.
* Support the Transcend Innovative Medicine ERP (TIME) process, drive global S/4 HANA core capability standardization, alignment, and adoption, ensuring alignment with TIME future state designed blueprint.
* Act as a Change Champion within the Logistics community to drive standardization and process harmonization.
* Maintain in-depth business process knowledge and expertise and ensure knowledge center documentation and training.
* Responsible for driving strategy as defined by the Transportation Sr. Manager for: Updating process flow maps, business user story writing/executing in JIRA, business process scenario writing, and acting as a test champion during testing phases
Qualifications
Education:
* A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or 20+ years of relevant experience is required
* A Master's degree in engineering, supply chain or related areas is preferred
* Certification(s) in PMI / FPX, Green and/or Black Belt is a plus
Required
Experience and Skills:
* A minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, Manufacturing and/or relevant field)
* Demonstrated ability using ERP/TMS systems
* Project management experience
* Global project and/or program experience
* System implementation experience
* Experience in writing Business User Stories (BUS’s), Technical process Flow Mapping, Business Scenario Planning
Preferred
* Lean and Six Sigma experience
* Experience with JIRA/SharePoint/Confluence/Business Optix
Other
* Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally
* Requires up to 25% domestic and international travel
