Care Coordinator (Medical Admin)
to support day-to-day operations within our growing online medical services business. This is a
long-term, part-time role
for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident working independently in a remote setting.

About the Role
You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth coordination of administrative and care-related tasks behind the scenes. Responsibilities may evolve over time, so flexibility, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Medical administration and general admin support (documents, spreadsheets, data entry)
* Managing emails, inboxes, and patient or client communications
* Scheduling appointments, calendar management, and follow-ups
* Updating systems, trackers, and simple CRM or patient management systems
* Research and information gathering as required
* Assisting with basic content updates, formatting, or uploads
* Supporting ongoing projects with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in medical administration (essential)
* Experience as a Care Coordinator, Medical Secretary, Medical Administrator, or similar role
* Excellent written English and clear, professional communication
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
* Comfortable using online tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, task managers, CRM systems)
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Reliable availability for
a minimum of 20 hours per week
* Resident in Ireland with the right to work
Desirable (but not required)
* Experience supporting online healthcare providers or medical founders
* Familiarity with automation or AI tools
* Basic knowledge of social media, content management systems, or healthcare CRMs
