Key Role

The Front Desk Maintenance and Facilities Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our operations nationwide.


Responsibilities:

* Front Desk Tasks: greet visitors, direct calls, take deliveries, order supplies, book meetings, and vehicle repairs.
* Facilities and Maintenance Duties: liaise with Store Managers, coordinate external services, ensure Health and Safety protocols, approve invoices, order waste bins, painters, window cleaners, hoist hires, and schedule deliveries/collections.
