The role involves assisting with the setup, installation, and operation of audio-visual (AV) equipment for events of varying scales. Day-to-day tasks include configuring sound and lighting systems, ensuring the functionality of AV systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing on-site technical support. You will collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer service.QualificationsProficiency with Audio Visual Support and Audio Visual (AV) SystemsExperience with Video Conferencing technologies and solutionsStrong problem-solving skills for Troubleshooting technical issuesExcellent Customer Service skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clientsAbility to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environmentWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsFamiliarity with staging and lighting solutions is a plusValid driver's license and ability to travel to event locations
