Description:
We are seeking a Practice Assurance Analyst to join our growing internal compliance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of regulatory submissions to CAI, ICAEW, Central Bank, and other regulators, including annual returns and notifications.
Maintain a tracker of regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with operational teams and external regulators to resolve issues promptly.
Monitor complaints and liaise with PII broker.
Respond to internal compliance queries and monitor mailboxes.
Assist in developing policies and procedures, supporting operational teams in their implementation.
Key Requirements:
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to liaise with internal teams and build relationships.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider compliance function.
