The Catering Officer Grade II role is responsible for managing and delivering high-quality catering services in a hospital setting. This involves planning, organizing, and supervising the production of meals to meet the nutritional needs of patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan raw materials and people based on the production plan for the day/week
* Be responsible for the organisation of Catering operations including specialised diets, functions and the introduction of new menus as appropriate
