The Kingsley are looking to hire a
Food and Beverage Breakfast Supervisor
to join their amazing F&B team. This is a very rewarding role working with a very innovative F&B team.
Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts across weekdays and/or weekends depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional service to all guests in a professional and friendly manner for breakfast and lunch
* Ensuring the smooth running of service ensuring orders are taken food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
* Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the Perch cafe, breakfast and lunch areas
* Monitoring and handling payments and operating the till system
* Supporting the Perch cafe team with general duties during busy periods
* Monitoring adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
* Monitor Health and Safety of guests and staff and reporting any issues or contravenes
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Extensive food knowledge
* Extensive beverage knowledge, wine, liqueurs
* F&B Skills like cocktail making and high service standards
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* A passion for hospitality
* Qualification in the area of F&B would be desired
* Intermediate computer/IT skills
* Experience with managing people and leading a team
* Event organising, planning and running
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland
