Facilities Project Lead
We are seeking an experienced facilities project lead to manage our facilities initiatives and drive business growth.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee a range of facilities projects, including new construction, renovations, utility upgrades, and equipment installations within a medical device manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans for facilities initiatives; overseeing vendor selection, contract management, and performance for facilities projects; ensuring all facilities projects comply with relevant regulations and standards; coordinating with internal departments to minimize disruption during project execution; identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities for facility infrastructure and systems; and managing preventative maintenance and calibration programs for critical facility equipment.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, or related field) and significant experience in facilities project engineering, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key qualifications include a strong understanding of HVAC, cleanroom design/operation, utilities (WFI, compressed air, gases), and building management systems; knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and relevant EHS regulations; proven project management skills; excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities; and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
