Reliability Specialist - Ireland, Waterford - 12 Months Initial Contract

When it comes to the development and production of veterinary vaccines, our pharmaceutical client has the largest centre in the industry worldwide and is a Centre of Excellence; employing more than 1000 people.
They are looking to add to their team and require a Reliability Specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develops engineering solutions to prevent repetitive failures and costly equipment problems.
Maintains the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) program such as vibration, thermography, and other predictive analyses, supporting the interpretation of the results.
Analyses equipment history within the CMMS to assure effectiveness of all maintenance efforts, reducing regulatory concerns, both cGxP and EHS.
Reduces and improves maintenance work, assuring efficient and reliable operation of plant, process, and equipment while protecting and prolonging the economic life of plant assets at optimal cost.
Desirable Experience:
Engineering degree qualification, preferably mechanical or electrical.
Requires extensive professional experience.
Strong proven experience working in a similar role in industrial environment or within a specialised consultancy.
CMMS knowledge highly desirable.
