Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the software aspects of the project.
Manage or participate in the setup or upgrade of systems for software enhancements.
Support operational systems to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Perform routine preventive maintenance and operational activities.
Diagnose and resolve issues with mobile and software applications.
Conduct security vulnerability scans, apply updates, and generate security reports for software applications.
