Job Description
The Area Manager will be responsible for the development and overall management of a service area. This role will involve ensuring the day-to-day management of the service, as well as fostering and promoting the ethos and vision of the organization in their relationships with clients, staff members, and the wider community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A nursing qualification or a relevant third-level qualification in the Health/Social Care Sector
* Candidates must be eligible for registration on the Social Care Register at CORU
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in management, preferably in the Health Sector
* Excellent leadership, managerial, and team-working skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Maintaining confidentiality is a fundamental requirement of the role
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
* 37.5 hours per week based on a 7-day duty roster
* Contracted hours of work are liable to change between the hours of 8am – 8pm over seven days
* An on-call commitment is an essential requirement of the post
* Participation in a shared on-call roster is an essential part of this post
* Annual leave: 28 days per annum
* Pensionable position
