We are seeking a passionate and experienced culinary leader to join our dynamic kitchen team at a 4-star property in County Kildare.
\
This hotel offers multiple food outlets, including a busy bar, restaurant, and extensive banqueting and conferencing facilities.
\
The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, delivering high standards and consistency across the board.
\
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced kitchen, ideal for a chef who leads by example and thrives in a collaborative, quality-focused environment.

* Assist the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen management
* Lead and mentor the kitchen team to ensure consistent standards
* Oversee food production across all outlets including bar, restaurant, banquets & events
* Ensure full compliance with hygiene and health & safety regulations
* Contribute to training and upskilling of junior team members
* Maintain a high level of food quality and presentation
* Support menu planning with creative and seasonal input

Required Skills and Qualifications:
\
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a similar high-volume setting
\
Experience across restaurant, bar, and banquet service
\
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
\
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
\
Passionate about delivering consistently high standards
