We are seeking a highly experienced and systems‑savvy Senior HR Manager to lead and evolve our HR function as we scale across Europe and beyond. This person will take full ownership and accountability for HR outputs across the organization while managing, coaching and working in close partnership with our existing HR Manager to ensure smooth continuity and effective division of responsibilities.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and is eager to bring structure, clarity, and strategic oversight to a complex international team of 80+ people working across multiple countries. Reporting to the COO, you’ll be responsible for driving key initiatives, improving and maintaining HR systems and processes, ensuring compliance, coaching internal team members, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.Job location: Dublin, Ireland.ResponsibilitiesLead the HR function, taking full accountability for its outputs and strategic development including staff wellbeing, recruitment process and strategy and moreCollaborate closely with the existing HR Manager to divide responsibilities effectively and build a cohesive, high‑performing teamImprove, document, and maintain all core HR processes—including onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and compliance structuresManage and maintain our HRIS (Factorial) and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date employee records and documentation across all systemsSupport the implementation and refinement of company‑wide performance review structures, in partnership with the executive teamContribute to the development and rollout of Areas of Responsibility and KPI frameworks by collaborating with leadership and tracking implementation across departmentsOwn and drive HR‑led projects (e.g. compensation benchmarking, org design, retention initiatives), ensuring structured planning, execution, and communicationMonitor employment law compliance across Ireland (as a priority) and support cross‑jurisdictional compliance as neededBuild tools, templates, and repeatable processes that scale with company growthProvide ongoing coaching and support to the internal HR team, fostering development and upskillingRequirements8+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years at a senior or strategic level in a fast growing organisationDeep knowledge of Irish employment law; experience managing HR across other EU countriesDemonstrated success in owning and improving HR systems and processes at scaleHighly proficient in Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets), HRIS tools (i.e. Factorial), and task/project management platformsExceptionally strong organizational and administrative skills; proven ability to create clarity in complex, high‑volume environmentsExperience leading HR projects from scope to execution, including documentation, rollout, and stakeholder engagementDetail‑oriented, proactive, and able to independently manage competing prioritiesSkilled at coaching and developing others, with excellent interpersonal communicationFluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plusAble to adapt effectively to changing plans and priorities.Be fun, have a sense of humour and a positive can‑do mentality.A valid passport and a willingness to travel.Legal authorization to live and work in Ireland.Italian language skills are a plus (but not strictly required).The RoleFull time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.Fully remote, with the option of working from our central Dublin office as often as desired.Competitive salary depending on experience.If you’re an experienced HR leader ready to build and lead a best‑in‑class people function—and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.We are committed to diversity, equality, and creating an inclusive workplace that celebrates uniqueness and fosters creativity.
