Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the timely completion of all assigned tasks, to include (but not limited to):
* Content ideation and creation for social & print media
* Digital marketing
* Events coordination
* Market research
* Promotional activities such as CPD's, exhibitions, and staff events
Please note this role is based on site in our Dunshaughlin Headquarters with sporadic local travel to exhibitions, trade shows and events as required. The role is based 4 days on site with the option of remote working on Wednesdays.
Content & Digital Marketing -
* Develop and manage engaging content for websites, whitepapers, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
* Contribute to the delivery of SEO and PPC campaigns to increase website traffic and lead generation.
* Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
* Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, presentations, and video content.
Brand & Communications -
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
* Assist in PR activities, including writing press releases and liaising with media outlets.
* Support internal communications initiatives to enhance company culture and engagement.
Lead Generation & Marketing Data Capture using CRM -
* Assist in the execution of targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
* Utilise the CRM system to record captured Marketing Data to inform and strengthen future targeted marketing campaigns.
* Utilise CRM system to conduct email marketing initiatives, including campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking.
Events & Partnerships -
* Organise and promote industry events, trade shows, webinars, and networking opportunities.
* Assist in sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
* Coordinate marketing collateral for events and ensure smooth execution.
Market Research & Analysis -
* Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
* Track and report on marketing KPIs, providing insights to optimise future campaigns.
* Support the development of strategies based on data-driven insights
Skills & Experience Required:
* 3+ years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within construction, property, or manufacturing industries.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation.
* Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
* Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing materials utilising a strong working knowledge of all Adobe Creative Suite products.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in event coordination is a plus.
Qualifications:
The Ideal Candidate will hold at minimum a Higher Certificate/Degree in Marketing (preferable) or related field.
