Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will serve as a high-impact individual contributor on a readiness-first track. This role is for top-performing SDRs who demonstrate consistent excellence, strong sales development acumen, and a growing influence across team operations. While continuing to drive outbound excellence, you’ll also help shape team culture, mentor junior peers, and lead team projects and initiatives that raise the bar for the Sales Development function.
This is not just about hitting quota—this is about elevating performance, contributing to cross‑functional excellence, and preparing for your next step in sales or other go‑to‑market teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Performance & Prospecting
Deliver top-tier performance quarter over quarter, demonstrating consistency and execution against KPIs.
Exhibit expertise in outbound and strategic prospecting, navigating a range of personas and verticals.
Source high-quality opportunities and, with AE alignment, shadow or participate in progression of those opportunities.
Serve as a subject matter expert on messaging practices, tools, and outbound best practices.
Process & Enablement Contributions
Identify and proactively address operational, tool-based, or enablement gaps—bringing forward proposed solutions.
Represent SDR needs and voice in cross-functional forums (Sales Enablement, RevOps, etc.) with ownership and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
1+ years of SDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
Proven experience of implementing AI process in your daily activities.
Proven track record of consistent performance against your targets.
Experience working with Salesforce.com & Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Outreach, Zoominfo (and/or other prospecting tools).
Collaborative mentality – Proven ability to work as part of a team to achieve collective goals.
Strong writing, communication, and active-listening skills.
Proven ability to understand and overcome objections by delivering solutions to pains/challenges.
Possess a high level of empathy and deliver an authentic sales experience from your first interaction.
An analytical thinker who uses data and feedback loops to improve both personal and team performance.
Someone eager to grow, contribute across functions, and lead from where you are.
