About Us:
Evcone Ireland Ltd. are a fit-out and technical services company specialising in the retail sector.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator for our Technical Services department. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and excellent client service.
You will handle a variety of tasks including accounts support, invoicing, purchasing, and project-specific administration. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue weekly client invoices and monitor payments.
* Maintain accurate financial records using Sage or similar accounting software.
* Upload quotations to client portals and manage purchase orders.
* Ensure all work orders are documented accurately.
* Act as the first point of contact for helpdesk calls and liaise with client teams.
* Assist with monthly accruals, timesheets, and expense management.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and departmental diary.
* Maintain up-to-date filing systems and contribute to process improvements.
* Support ad-hoc administrative requests and general enquiries.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
* Proficiency in Sage or equivalent accounting software.
* Strong communication skills – assertive yet diplomatic.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
* Awareness of QSHE processes and protocols.
* Fluent English speaker.
* Eligibility to work in the EU
Education:
* Leaving Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
* Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
* Administration: 1 year (required)
