You'll provide essential support for enterprise applications, ensuring maximum uptime and performance while troubleshooting technical issues across the organization. For the Labs this also includes support for analytical software and associated dedicated hardware as well as administrative support for server-based laboratory applications. Working with advanced technologies and hardware, you'll contribute to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer through stable and efficient IT operations.In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve application specific support issues, install and maintains enterprise and/or laboratory application software, execute system changes and deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors. You'll maintain critical documentation, perform system monitoring, and help drive continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.
