About the Role

Chern & Co, a leading provider of corporate services, is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager with focus on Lead Generation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong research, content creation, and marketing skills, alongside proficiency in SEO, social media, email marketing, and CRM tools. This role is pivotal to driving lead generation, supporting the sales team, and positioning Chern & Co as an authority in company formation, tax registration, and legal compliance in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation & Sales Support: Increase the number of qualified leads for the sales team by optimizing existing channels and exploring new lead-generation strategies. Focus on providing sales-qualified leads from digital campaigns, content, and inbound channels.
* Content Creation & Marketing Materials: Collaborate with the content and copywriting teams to develop high-quality marketing materials (brochures, website content, case studies, blogs, and social media content) that support lead generation and sales efforts.
* Thought Leadership: Position Chern & Co as a thought leader in the areas of company formation, tax compliance, and legal services by publishing articles, white papers, case studies, and other valuable content.
* SEO, SMM & PPC Campaigns: Manage SEO strategies, social media marketing, and PPC campaigns, working with internal teams and external agencies to execute and optimize campaigns that generate leads and drive brand visibility.
* Website Management & Optimization: Manage and enhance Chern & Co’s website (WordPress) to ensure content is up-to-date, optimized for search engine visibility, and aligned with business objectives.
* Performance Reporting: Track and report on marketing campaign performance, analyzing the effectiveness of various strategies to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Agency & Team Management: Manage relationships with external agencies for SEO, SMM, and PPC, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and performance is continuously optimized. Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
* Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the social media strategy, ensuring brand consistency, audience engagement, and content distribution across all platforms.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field.
* 3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B marketing, digital marketing, and channel partner strategies.
* Excellent written English skills, with a strong ability to produce engaging and informative content.
* Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, CRM tools, and SEO best practices.
* Proven track record of managing SEO, SMM, and PPC campaigns to generate leads and increase brand presence.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external agencies.
