Our organization is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to lead our residential property operations.
This key role will be responsible for managing the daily communication with clients, attending and chairing director's meetings, AGMs, and EGMs.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, including the Management of Buildings Act and have a comprehensive understanding of lease agreements and covenants.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both written and oral English, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace and property-related CRM systems.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Daily communication with clients, attending/chairing director's meetings, AGMs, and EGMs
* Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation, including the Management of Buildings Act and having a comprehensive understanding of lease agreements and covenants within them
* Dealing with building structural issues, organizing planned preventative maintenance schedules, and budgeting
* Fluency in both written and oral English is mandatory
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A valid PSRA license and a valid driving license, with the use of a personal car
* A commitment to property management and excellent teamwork skills
* Knowledge of building structures, including plant and equipment
* The ability to exercise discretion in handling and communicating sensitive information and a willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic positive environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace and property-related CRM systems (e.g., Blackman)
